Flightlink Executive Travel was originally founded in 1994 with the aim of providing a friendly first class airports transfer service to a wide range of clients. The company has been owned by Road Runners (Swindon) Ltd for the last 3 years but it is now, once again, a ‘free-standing’ operation with a heightened focus on providing a top drawer service that is competitively priced.

Flightlink Executive Travel now has some 22 cars with the majority of the fleet comprising BMW 7 Series, Audi A6’s, Chrysler 300’s and Mercedes E-Class cars. Leading edge technology allows the booking of jobs with a high level of accuracy and efficiency and our‘Quick Track’ and ‘Car Locator’ software enables customers to view a full audit trail of their journey and a real time map position of their car after it has been allocated to their journey. Customers can view its position as it moves to collect them and in the event that a colleague needs to see the progress of the passenger, he too is able to view the progress of the car to its destination.

As a business, Flightlink Executive Travel recognises that its business practices have a considerable impact on the environment. In response to this we have established an Environmental Policy and are currently progressing towards the achievement of ISO 14001. We are searching continuously for lower emissions or alternative vehicles for our passenger transport fleet.
